Course objective †
To provide the students with opportunities to learn bioresource and bioenvironment through the field works on forestry and forest sciences at the university forest.

- April 3
- 8:40 Meet in front of the Agriculture No. 1 building
- 9:45-11:00 Introduction of Research Forest
- 11:00-12:00 Introduction of Ochozu experimental watershed
- 12:00-13:00 Lunch in the field
- 13:00-17:30 Rain and stream flow
- 17:30-18:30 Dinner
- 18:30-20:30 Issue in watershed hydrology
- April 4
- 8:40-12:00 Studying trees in the research forest
- 12:00-13:00 Lunch
- 13:00-17:30 Visit Mt. Tachibana
- 17:30-18:30 Dinner
- 18:30-20:30 Student presentation
- April 5
- 8:40-12:00 Planting Sakura trees
- 12:00 leaving research forest
Transportation service †
- Picking up 8:40 on April3 at the front entrance of Nogakubu Ichigoukan
- Dropping off around 13:00 on April5 at the front entrance of Nogakubu Ichigoukan
Wear †
Plese prepare proper clothes and shoes for hiking and work in forest in all weather. For example
- Rain gear (top&bottom)
- long-sleeved shirts and pants
- fleece or sweater to keep you warm
- hat
- boots for hiking
- cotton work gloves
- towel
- backpack

Fee †
3,920 Yen (including meal:2 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 diners, accommodation fee)Please pay it by cash when you arrive at Kasuya Research Forest.
